A share account is your primary savings account at the credit union.  You must open a share savings account to become a member.  We require that you open your share savings account with a minimum balance of $25.00 and a $5.00 membership fee.  Members 19 and older must maintain a balance of $100.00 in order to earn dividends.  Members under 19 years of age must maintain a balance of $25.00 to earn dividends.  Having a share savings account  allows you to open other credit union products, such as a checking account and loans.  You may pledge your share savings account as security to obtain a lower interest rate loan.  You must be an Elko, Eureka or Lander County Resident to join our credit union.  Some restrictions may apply, so call or come in for more information.
